Aelbert Aehegma, Internationally Exhibited Artist Calls for Artists Worldwide to Take Responsible Social Action

Internationally exhibited Hawaii Artist, Aelbert Aehegma challenges creative people of all genres worldwide to take responsibility in their local, state, national and international human services, agricultural, and politics of freedom, rights and justice. A longtime adherrent of  social change, environmental protection, Artists’ Rights, art in education, and art in action, Mr. Aehegma has recently been nominated to Cambridge Who’s Who adding to his ongoing recognition for not only his art, but also for his social action.

He truly lives the life of a modern Renaissance Man. He states,”Artists need to shed the existentialist attitude, the elitist attitude, the down and out point of view of lack compassion in many instances for the suffering of greater mankind.” In brief, “Act lest ye lose the word of Action ~Shakespeare. Art in action for humanity and the planet is this artist’s call to arms.
